Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, the source of every goodness, I adore you. I believe in you, I trust in you, I love you and I am sorry for all my sins. I give to you this poor heart of mine. Make it humble, patient, and pure, so that it may comply with all your desires.

Let me, O good Jesus, live in you and you in me. Protect me in dangers, comfort me in hardships and pains, and grant me health of soul and body, bless all my work and grant me the grace of a holy death.

Most Holy Virgin Mary, my Mother and my Queen, I consecrate and give to you Immaculate Heart my whole being: my thoughts, my words and work; my spirit, soul and body. Dispense with my entire being and with everything that I own, now and in eternity, for the praise and glory of the Holy Trinity, for the consecration of the Church and salvation of the world.

My Immaculate Mother, help me to live a life worthy of my baptismal sanctification so that I may belong irrevocably to my Redeemer. Let me be like you, willing to hear the promptings of the Holy Spirit! May God’s will be fulfilled in me and through me always.
